Dr. Gloria is an Author, Humanist Psychologist and multi-industry (Banking, Healthcare, Payments, Technology, Gas Utilities, Insurance and others) C-Suite executive with over 20 years of experience as an intraprenuer, disruptor and innovator in large enterprises, start-ups and non-profits garnering awards such as the Most Powerful Women in Banking, Business Alumni of the Year, and others. She served as EVP/CIO at Wachovia/Wells Fargo for 9 years.

After years of applying creativity, innovation and emerging trends through technology, Dr. Gloria followed her intrigue for creativity and how the mind and imagination works, earning a PH.D. in Psychology with a focus in Creativity and Organizational Systems.  Based on her experience and research, Dr. Gloria believes that “As we evolve from the information age to the imagination age, the human imagination is the foundational value in the new economy.”  To thrive as an organization, leader, entrepreneur, creative artist or individual, we must expand our creative thinking to reach our highest human potential. 

Dr. Gloria has developed new techniques that create a technology or software of the mind by leveraging groundbreaking creative thinking techniques. She created the Mousai Group (to muse or inspire) for individuals and organizations to improve performance by expanding creative thinking and imagination leveraging the creative and performing arts.  She has been acknowledged by this work in 2019 with a Community Leader Award from the San Diego Writer’s Festival.

Dr. Gloria is a sought-after speaker and thought leader inspiring fireside chats and dinner salons that feature art elements.  She is the co-author of the Female Factor—Using the Imagination for Daily Health;  The Professional Woman, Leadership Courage and Confidence; IMAGINE: A Reflective Journey for Humanity (Winter 2021).  Dr. Gloria is also very active in supporting community and entrepreneur projects to include Consulting Advisor with OmniWorks, a woman and minority incubator and various other community initiatives and Board of Trustee, Saybrook University.

Dr. Gloria enjoys travelling, nature, anything related to creativity and the arts and spending quality time with friends and family.
